Damian J. Pieper, left the New York offices of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where he was a senior associate in the litigation department, to join Pieper Bar Review in 2007. He lectures for Pieper Bar Review on UCC Article 2, contracts, constitutional law, evidence, essay writing, MPT writing, and approaches for the MBE, and is an adjunct professor at Touro Law Center, Fordham Law School, and New York Law School. He also coordinates Pieper's Advanced Tutoring Program, tutors individual students on all aspects of the Bar Exam, and heads Pieper's staff of attorneys who respond to student questions submitted by phone and email. He is admitted to practice law in Alaska (currently inactive status), Maine, and New York and is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Magistrates Associations.
