Admitted to the bars of New York and several U.S. District and Circuit Courts of Appeal. Professor Schweitzer was an associate with the New York City firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell and a trial attorney in the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy before joining the faculty at Touro Law Center. He has published most significantly in the area of education law.
