Admitted to the bars of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Professor Seplowitz spent a number of years in private practice with the New York City firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler before entering legal education. Publishing mostly in the area of trusts and estates, she is associate editor of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. Professor Seplowitz is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
