This survey course covers the constitutional law governing criminal procedure from arrest to trial, including right to counsel, arrest, searches, wiretapping, electronic eavesdropping, entrap-ment, interrogation and confession, lineups, showups, other pre-trial identification procedures, and grand jury investigations. (Prerequisite: Criminal Law I.)
