3 CreditsThis course examines the nature and scope of the power of administrative agencies and the restraints on administrative power imposed by the Constitution, statutes, and common law. Topics covered include the delegation of power to administrative agencies, administrative investigations, the right to be heard, formal and informal decision-making processes and procedures, administrative adjudication and rulemaking, and judicial review of administrative actions.
