  • Hawthorne Living

    Hawthorne Living is a luxury apartment complex in Central Islip. It is a pet-friendly apartment complex and offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Every apartment has well-equipped kitchens with gas or electric appliances, frost-free refrigerators, thermal-pane windows, and convenient climate control features with cross ventilation. Select units are newly renovated with private entrances, balconies or patios, and spa-inspired bathrooms with ceramic tile, deep soaking tubs. Some apartments even include stackable washers and dryers. There is also a swimming pool. Touro students enjoy the following special benefits:

  • The Belmont at Eastview
    The Belmont at Eastview is a new gated community set on over 62 acres of park-like setting. It offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments along with endless amenities including bark parks and pet spas, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic areas with BBQs, sports courts, community gardens, walking trails, and children's playgrounds throughout. The Belmont will also be home to an 18,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse and a tremendous outdoor resort-style pool surrounded by lounge areas. Each unit is equipped with its own washer/dryer and split air conditioning units, quartz kitchen countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Rents range from $1,960/month for a studio to $3,148/month for a 2-bedroom. The monthly rent includes valet trash, water/sewer, and wi-fi.

    Fairfield Properties is an organization with over forty-five years of experience in providing the standard-of-excellence in apartment living on Long Island. Fairfield Properties offers luxury, professionally landscaped apartment communities consisting of spacious studios, one- bedroom, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms. Each apartment has a private bathroom (some two or three bedrooms have two bathrooms), a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning or A/C units, and on-site laundry centers. Several of the Fairfield Properties communities are within 15 minutes of Touro. Touro offers a free shuttle bus to the two East Islip Fairfield locations. At some locations, utilities except for electricity are included in the rent.
