On April 17, 2007, a symposium on Women and the Law, sponsored and organized by the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity, was held at Touro Law Center. The symposium was divided into two sessions: the first panel discussion was on Women as Members of the New York Bench and Bar and the second featured Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye and a panel discussion on Women and the Judiciary. This volume contains the transcript of the second session on Women and the Judiciary. |
