Ethical Discretion or Ethical Obligation
March 3, 2020
Proskauer Rose LLP Law Offices (NY, NY)
Professor Samuel Levine contrasted principles of discretion underlying American legal ethic codes with the concept of obligation central to Jewish law and ethics. The discussion explored a number of areas in which American legal ethics rules might turn to Jewish thought as a model for incorporating a more robust notion of ethical obligation. This event was held at Proskauer Rose LLP (11 Times Square, NewYork, NY).
