Part-Time
Touro Law’s part-time programs are ideal for students who are serious about earning their law degree but cannot attend classes on a full-time basis. Part-time students are an integral part of the law school community and are afforded the same opportunities as full-time students, including eligibility for honor societies, participating in clinics, competing in schoolwide competitions, and more. Part-time classes are taught by the same dedicated faculty as full-time courses. Scholarships and financial aid are available for all Touro students, regardless of program.
Four-Year Part-Time Day– Students in the 4-year part-time day program take a course load of 11 credits per semester and attend classes during the day, Monday through Thursday.
Four-Year Part-Time Evenings & Sundays Program - Students in this program attend classes two weekday evenings as well as Sundays during each the Fall and Spring semesters.
Students may accelerate completion of the program by one semester by attending summer sessions.
FlexTime JD Program
Hybrid FlexTime Option Available at Long Island and New York City locations - Touro Law also offers a hybrid FlexTime program that requires in-person attendance only on Sundays with the remainder of the coursework able to be completed at your own pace during the week. Graduates earn their law degree in four years and are eligible to sit for the New York State Bar Exam. Learn more about the program!
