Moot Court

Prospective Members

Early in the fall semester, Moot Court hosts the annual John S. Bainbridge intra-school competition. This competition is the forum for second year students to compete for Moot Court.

  • Only Second-Year Full-Time, Second-Year Part-Time, and Third-Year (Five-Year) Part-Time Evening Students who successfully complete academic Moot Court (Legal Process I and II) with a GPA of 3.0 and higher may tryout; OR
  • Students who are projected to be in the top half of their class after re-ranking occurs, with a minimum GPA of 2.8, AND a minimum of four (4) semesters of law school remaining before graduation
